At the event
No app to install. You scan a code, answer a few questions, and the room rearranges itself around who you should actually talk to.
Scan the code on the way in. What you are building, your industry, and what you are hoping to find. Under two minutes.
Your own shortlist of people in that room, each with the reason you were put together. No score, no ranking — a reason.
Say who you want to meet. When it is mutual, we introduce you. Then it is just two people talking, which was always the point.
Contact details are exchanged only when both people say yes. Not when you are matched — when you have each said you want to meet. And if you decide not to meet someone, they are never told; you look exactly like someone who has not answered yet.

Why I created VIBE
Throughout my career in hospitality, technology, entrepreneurship, and community building, I repeatedly entered rooms filled with brilliant, ambitious people.
Yet many of them still felt stuck.
Some could see the future but needed help creating structure. Others could execute but struggled to gain visibility. Some were exceptional connectors but lacked the systems needed to sustain momentum. Others created opportunities while carrying too much alone.
These were not failures of ambition. They were patterns of misalignment.
I created VIBE around a simple belief: when people understand how they naturally operate and intentionally connect with those who complement their strengths, everything changes.
