Why I created VIBE
Throughout my career in hospitality, technology, entrepreneurship, and community building, I repeatedly entered rooms filled with brilliant, ambitious people.
Yet many of them still felt stuck.
Some could see the future but needed help creating structure. Others could execute but struggled to gain visibility. Some were exceptional connectors but lacked the systems needed to sustain momentum. Others created opportunities while carrying too much alone.
These were not failures of ambition. They were patterns of misalignment.
I created VIBE around a simple belief: when people understand how they naturally operate and intentionally connect with those who complement their strengths, everything changes.

Global chapter vision
VIBE Geneva is the founding chapter. It is where the philosophy, the Archetype Framework and the Founder Alignment methodology are practised, tested and refined.
Every future chapter will share those four things — plus the Code of Culture — while reflecting the character of its own city. We would rather grow slowly with the right community builders than quickly with the wrong ones.
