Decisions
How much certainty you need before you commit, and what you do when it is not available.
The VIBE Archetype Assessment™ is a behavioural decision-making framework that reveals how you naturally operate — and which behaviours complement your own.
What it measures
The assessment looks at the patterns behind what you actually do, in the five situations where an archetype shows itself most clearly.
01
How much certainty you need before you commit, and what you do when it is not available.
02
Whether you lead through direction, through people, through structure, or by carrying it yourself.
03
What you reach for first — the picture, the relationship, the detail, or the decision.
04
Where your energy peaks and drops between the idea, the build and the finish.
05
Who you naturally gravitate toward, and who you may be quietly avoiding.
Result
Almost nobody is one archetype. The combination is usually the more useful answer.
How it works
Behavioural questions about what you actually do, not what you believe you should do. There are no better or worse answers, and the result is only useful if you resist optimising it.
Your dominant archetype, your secondary, and how strongly they lean.
The predictable cost of your strengths, and the behaviours that complement them.
Your archetype becomes the starting point for Founder Alignment — so the people you meet are chosen for what they add, not for who happened to be there.
What you get
VIBE does not define who you are. It provides a blueprint for how you create momentum.
Being clear
It is not a psychometric test, a clinical instrument, or a hiring tool. It does not measure intelligence, competence or potential, and it should never be used to decide whether someone belongs in a role.
It is a shared language for how people operate — deliberately simple, so that two founders who have just met can use it in the first ten minutes of a conversation rather than the fiftieth.
Your results are yours. We use your archetype to make better introductions inside VIBE. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it outside the team without your say-so.
Questions
A few minutes. It is deliberately short — the value is in what you do with the result, not in the length of the questionnaire.
Almost certainly. Most people carry two clearly and can access a third under pressure. One will usually shape how you operate by default, and that is the one worth knowing.
It can. Behaviour shifts with the stage of what you are building — many founders lean Visionary early and Builder later. Retaking it after a significant change is worthwhile.
No. The assessment is open to anyone. It is also the natural first step if you do decide to apply, because it shapes who we introduce you to.
It is used to give you your result and to make better introductions within VIBE. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
It changes how you read every room you walk into afterwards — and who you look for once you are in it.
